Arthritis Natural Treatment

Arthritis has been inflicting pain in the human body since the beginning of time.

There are many arthritis remedies that a person can obtain through their physician from steroids to pain relieving prescriptions, however, this article will discuss alternative home remedies.

The first "arthritis natural treatment" to consider is to take off some pounds if you are overweight. This is especially important when the joints in your knees, feet, ankles or hips are affected. The less stress and pressure on these weight-bearing joints, the less likely they will succumb to arthritis flares.

Upon rising in the morning, gently stretch your joints to increase strength and mobility. Yoga is a good practice to follow, as it can bring deformed joints back into their normal position.

Reduce stress in your life for an "arthritis natural treatment." Stress and tensing-up will make arthritis more painful. Learn how to reduce stress if you have a fast-paced career or are under any kind of stressful issues at home. A good book to buy and read is the “Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook.”

Apply a muscle ointment at night before retiring to bed, and use it throughout the day when necessary. The ointments or creams which are heat producing and have the menthol ingredients are the best.

Try exercising in water. Pain is reduced when exercising in water and will make you more flexible. Walk around in a pool and do some deep knee bending. Wave your arms under the water.

Use a heating pad to reduce pain in joints which are swollen and tender. However, if your joints are stressed because of overuse or exercise, put them on ice. Try 15 minutes of ice on the painful joint and 45 minutes with the ice off.

Try a copper bracelet to relieve joint pain. Some people who have arthritis cannot metabolize copper well from the foods they eat. Just a note, you may get a green wrist after wearing the copper bracelet. Some studies have shown that these copper bracelets will relieve pain.

There are many other remedies for arthritis like over-the-counter anti-inflammatory pills, but one of the best methods is to give your joints a good massage. Work the muscles leading to the painful joints. If arthritis is in your hands, massage your wrists and forearms. If the pain is in your knees, massage the sides of your knees and the portions of the legs above and below the knees.

Arthritis Exercises - How Exercises Can Reduce Arthritic Pain

YES! Exercises Can Reduce Arthritic Pain

Arthritis pain can be alleviated in many ways. Although it may sound unusual, exercise is a very important treatment for arthritis. Arthritis causes stiffness and pain in the joints - arthritis exercises can help relieve the stiffness, which will help lessen the pain.

Exercise is essential to the overall health of your body. Those who adhere to a regular exercise routine are better able to fight off the effects of many illnesses and are able to decrease the stiffness and pain associated with arthritis.

Before Arthritis

Exercise is important for everyone. It is important to begin an exercise regimen early in life and maintain a regular routine. Some of the overall benefits of exercise include:

Improves your body’s ability to fight infections.

Improves sleep quality.

Helps you to lose weight if you are overweight.

Helps you to gain weight if you are underweight.

Help you to maintain your weight if you are at a healthy weight.

Keeps your blood circulating, which makes your brain work better.

Lowers your risk of illnesses such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

The key to maintaining a healthy exercise regimen is to know your body’s limits. Over exercising can cause the symptoms of arthritis to begin earlier than what is normal. The key is to begin an exercise regimen and stay consistent.

First Signs of Arthritis

Even a regular exercise regimen will not completely prevent arthritis. Arthritis happens as the body ages naturally - and can occur in people who do everything they can to take care of their bodies. When you begin to notice the first signs of arthritis - stiffness or pain in certain joints - you need to learn the most effective of lessening the effects of arthritis. Arthritis exercises can help you to ease the pain and stiffness of arthritis and prolong the need for medications. Some of the benefits of arthritis exercises include:

Strengthens muscles around the joints.

Relieves joint stiffness.

Increases joint flexibility.

Increases your endurance levels.

Relieves joint pain.

Beginning an Exercise Regimen in Arthritis

If you begin noticing symptoms of arthritis and you do not have a regular exercise regimen, it is not too late to begin. However, at this point you will have to begin your exercise routine with the goal of not aggravating the joints affected by arthritis and causing the symptoms to worsen. The most important types of exercises for arthritis suffers are:

Range of motion - these exercises help you to maintain or increase flexibility by helping to maintain normal joint movement and help relieve the stiffness that can occur with arthritis.

Strengthening - these exercises are designed to strengthen the muscles around the joints so that the joints and muscles work together. If the muscles are weak, the joints will take all of the pressure and wear and tear of the joints occurs more quickly.

Endurance - these exercises help you to maintain overall body health including weight management and cardiovascular fitness. Extra weight on your body puts more pressure on the joints causing premature wear and tear. Keeping the blood flowing correctly helps all of your body parts work together as they should.

When you begin an arthritis exercise routine, you should begin slowly and build up as your body gains strength. Listen to your body - it will let you know if you are trying to do too much too soon. Here are some pointers on getting started with your exercise regimen:

Discuss arthritis exercises with your physician.

Exercise under the supervision of a physical therapist or trainer, if possible.

Warm up and stretch your body before you begin exercising - range of motion exercises.

Start slowly - you should begin strengthening exercises with the smallest amount of weight and build to larger amounts as your body can handle it.

Aerobic exercises - once your body becomes accustomed to an exercise regimen, add aerobic exercises in order to improve your cardiovascular health.

Recreational exercises - once your body becomes accustomed to an exercise regimen and you have added aerobic exercises, you can begin to add recreational exercises such as biking and swimming.

Have fun - this is one of the most important aspects of your arthritis exercise regimen. If you choose a recreational exercise that you enjoy, you are more likely to maintain your routine and get the most benefit.

No More Arthritis Pain PLEASE!

I wish I had taken BEFORE and AFTER pictures of my hands.

The pictures would show how the pain caused by Arthritis in my fingers has gone away and the swelling has been reduced.

Of course I cannot take pictures of PAIN but suffice it to say that it was keeping me awake at night.

JUST ONE STINKIN JOINT and no matter how much Ibuprofen and Tylenol I took, I was awake with pain.

On the 3rd night after I started taking this Glutathione Accelerator in the form of MaxGXL, I woke up in the morning and was stunned to find that I HAD SLEPT ALL NIGHT for the first time in months.

But please, do not take my word for it, Dr. John C. Nelson, the 159th President of the American Medical Association made the following statement in Feb. 2007, about this amazing product:

"In my opinion, this product represents the single most important breakthrough in health that I will witness in my lifetime.
I believe it will revolutionize, change and transform the practice of medicine worldwide and make Dr. Robert Keller more famous than Jonas Salk, who created the polio vaccine."

Dr. Keller was awarded a patent for this Glutathione Accelerator which is very unusual as they are usually given only to Prescription Medicines.

To find information on the patent for MaxGXL, go to http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html and look up patent #6262019 for patent information regarding Glutathione.

Does this relate to any of the problems that you are experiencing? I am just telling you about my own experience and what MaxGXL has done for me.
MaxGXL provides the proper nutrients needed to promote the bodys own ability to manufacture and absorb Glutathione.

JUST WHAT IS GLUTATHIONE???

Glutathione (GSH) is a small protein produced naturally in our cells when certain required elements are present. It functions both as an antioxidant and an antitoxin, and is a major defense system against illness and aging. Our Glutathione level actually indicates our state of health and can predict longevity.
Supplements Containing Glutathione Alone Will NOT Increase The Bodys GSH Levels. It is pointless to purchase supplements that merely contain Glutathione, because the digestive system breaks down ingested Glutathione and it will not be absorbed into your system.

On the other hand, MaxGXL provides the proper nutrients needed to promote the bodys own ability to manufacture and absorb Glutathione. So it is, in reality a Glutathione Accelerator. MaxGXL also aids in liver support by destroying environmental poisons helping the liver to function as the main production site and storehouse for Glutathione.

Although there are more than 60,000 published papers on the beneficial effects of Glutathione replacement, it is still largely ignored by mainstream medicine. In the near future the importance of Glutathione will be widely recognized because it has the ability to boost the immune system and fight off the damage of free radicals on the cells.

Glutathione has been shown to slow down the aging process, detoxify and improve liver function, strengthen the immune system, and reduce the chances of developing cancer.

Glutathione also works to help improve mental function, increase energy, improve concentration, permit increased exercise, and improve heart and lung function - just to name a few.

SHIRLEYS STORY

Shirley visited us and we discussed energy levels. She wanted to try MaxGXL because her energy was low. Neither of us thought that MaxGXL would take a different turn in her body. Here is what she wrote after 6 days on MaxGXL:

"I have been taking MaxGXL… I have not noticed (as yet after 6 days) a difference in energy levels but I have noticed a huge improvement in my joints. I have arthritis from previous back injuries and since being in Victoria my hip has been bothering me. I was blaming the bed that we are sleeping on in Victoria because it is very soft and I do better with a hard mattress.
Sometimes my hips were so sore I could not sleep on my side at night. But, after two days of taking MaxGXL, the pain has gone away.

So, YES, I would like to order more and would be happy for you to walk me through the process…" (Shirley V.)

I repeat, "Supplements Containing Glutathione Alone Will NOT Increase the Bodys GSH Levels.

MaxGXL also aids in liver support by destroying environmental poisons helping the liver to function as the main production site and storehouse for Glutathione."

Let me know what you think. I welcome any comments and questions.
